Overview
This policy covers refunds for advisory services provided by File Haven Point Co., Ltd. It does not apply to third-party products or services.
Eligibility for full refund
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- You cancel more than 7 business days before your scheduled discovery session
- We are unable to deliver the agreed deliverable within the timeline specified in your engagement letter
- You cancel within 48 hours of making a deposit, provided no work has commenced
Eligibility for partial refund
A partial refund may apply if:
- You cancel between 3 and 7 business days before your scheduled session: 50% of the deposit is refunded
- You cancel after the discovery session but before draft delivery: deposit is non-refundable; any balance paid beyond the deposit is refunded minus work completed
- You decline the final deliverable after one revision round: 25% of total fees refunded
Non-refundable items
The following are not eligible for refund:
- Completed and delivered segregation plans, review memos, or briefing sessions
- Additional revision rounds beyond the one included in your engagement
- Rush fees for expedited delivery
- Deposits for engagements where the discovery session has already occurred
- No-shows without 48 hours prior notice
Cancellation and rescheduling
- Sessions may be rescheduled once at no charge with at least 48 hours notice
- Second and subsequent reschedules incur a ₩100,000 administrative fee
- No-shows forfeit the session fee
Deposits
Segregation plan engagements require a 50% deposit. Deposit refund eligibility follows the timelines above. Deposits are applied to the final invoice upon delivery.
Refund process
- Email contact@file-havenpoint.click with your name, engagement reference, and reason for the refund request
- We acknowledge within 2 business days
- Approved refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method (bank transfer)
Work already started
If we have begun work on your engagement (questionnaire review, draft preparation, or session delivery), refund eligibility is limited to the partial refund terms above. We do not refund fees for work already completed and delivered.
Purchased materials
We do not sell physical products. No material purchase refunds apply.
Exceptions
Exceptional circumstances (serious illness, natural disaster) are reviewed case by case. Contact us to discuss your situation.
