Registered business
File Haven Point Co., Ltd. is the official registered business name. We were established in 2019 in Daegu, South Korea, to address a gap we saw repeatedly: founders holding reserves in offline wallets and escrow arrangements without written segregation plans their accountants could reconcile against.
How we began
Our founding advisor spent eight years in corporate treasury at a Daegu-based manufacturing group before advising early-stage companies on reserve documentation. In 2019, after helping three local founders prepare reserve segregation documents ahead of investor due diligence, File Haven Point was registered as a dedicated advisory practice.
What we do today
We prepare reserve segregation plans, conduct offline wallet reviews, and deliver founder treasury briefings. Our clients are operators in logistics, import brokerage, manufacturing, and technology-adjacent services who hold reserves outside conventional banking channels.
Our approach
We work from your actual custody arrangements — not templates copied from a software product. Every deliverable is written for your specific reserve structure, access roles, and reconciliation cadence. We sit with you, ask detailed questions about who holds keys and who signs transfers, and produce documents your board and accountant can use without translation.
Our team
- Kim Seo-yeon — Senior treasury advisor, 12 years in corporate and founder treasury
- Park Min-ho — Reserve documentation specialist, former audit associate
- Lee Ji-woo — Client coordination and intake, based at our Buk-gu office
Values
- Clarity over complexity — A segregation plan should be readable by someone who did not attend the sessions
